- Are these prices final?
- The listed prices are starting points for each tier. Final quotes depend on video length, complexity, number of pages, custom motion, integrations and revision rounds. We confirm the exact price on WhatsApp after reading your brief — no surprises after signup.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- For clients in Bangladesh we accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket and direct bank transfer. International clients can pay via Wise, Payoneer or bank wire in USD. A 50% advance is standard for new clients; retainers are invoiced monthly.
- Do you offer discounts for bulk or retainer work?
- Yes. Creators and agencies who need 8+ videos per month or brands that book a full website plus ongoing edits qualify for retainer pricing that lowers the per-unit cost. Ask for a retainer quote in your first message.
- What is your revision policy?
- Standard plans include 1–2 revision rounds, Premium plans include extended revisions. Revisions cover pacing, cuts, colour, copy, layout and interactions on websites — anything within the original brief. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Advance payments are refundable if we haven't started production. Once editing or design work has begun we refund pro-rata based on delivered value, per our Refund Policy. We would much rather revise until you are happy than issue a refund.
