- Which two services do you focus on?
- Video editing (reels, YouTube, ads, motion graphics, colour grading) and web development (landing pages, business sites, portfolios and ecommerce). We do not take on graphic design, SEO consulting or marketing retainers — every hour goes into the two things we ship best.
- Can I hire you for both video and web on the same project?
- Yes. Roughly one in three clients book a bundled engagement — a launch website plus the reels, ads and long-form videos that promote it. Bundling gives you one senior point of contact and better pricing than booking each service separately.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share sensitive footage, product roadmaps or brand strategy. Send your template or use ours — turnaround is usually same-day.
- Who actually does the work?
- The same small, senior team you meet on the intro call. We do not outsource edits or code to unnamed freelancers. Every deliverable is reviewed by our creative lead before it lands in your inbox.
- What if I only need one revision round?
- That is fine — most Standard plans already assume 1 revision round and Premium plans 2. Anything beyond the included rounds is billed transparently at a per-hour or per-round rate agreed up front.
