- Why can I not download the audio testimonials?
- Client voice recordings are protected — we stream them for verification but disable downloads to respect the person on the call. If you need a written testimonial for reference, we can request one from the client on your behalf.
- Can I speak directly to a past client?
- For serious briefs, yes. After an intro call we can connect you with a comparable past client (with their consent) so you can hear about the process, timelines and delivery quality in their own words.
- Are the review numbers real?
- Yes. The 500+ clients, 1,200+ projects and 4.9/5 average rating on the page are based on our internal delivery log and post-project rating requests. We do not buy reviews or seed fake ones on third-party platforms.
